The centerpiece of the project is an interactive leaflet made from recycled paper, guiding visitors in uncovering the secrets of the old town of Plomin. The leaflet combines fun and education, filled with puzzles and riddles that encourage observation of hidden details within the heart-shaped layout of the town.
The map’s special feature lies in its interactivity: at specific locations, visitors fold the paper according to instructions, revealing new puzzles. At the end of the exploration, the map transforms into a paper boat, symbolically connecting Plomin and the sea, and on the boat, a detail of the famous Plomin Inscription is revealed.
Visitors who solve all the puzzles can collect a prize souvenir at the Krsan Municipality Tourist Office – a postcard made of handmade paper infused with rosemary. The heart on the postcard contains a sprig of rosemary and seeds that can be planted, further connecting visitors with Plomin’s nature and history.
